Material and process change

The disadvantage of the process of glass slumping are; the result will be a shell of the negative space, not a solid reinterpretation of the missing elements, as well as the process may not capture the different textures and detail as much as another process. I have therefore decided to capture the negative spaces by using clear resin. By using clear resin you still get a transparent cast but with this material you will produce a much more precisest, sharp and solid reinterpretation of those missing elements within the structure. I still wish to use the process glass slumping later on in this project but to create something that adds a modern purpose to the bear ravine.
